Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Matei Toma, who operates Stresix as a product of devmatei.com. Stresix is not a registered company. Purchases are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Legal notices: [email protected]. Support: [email protected].

By creating an account or using Stresix you accept these terms.

The service

Stresix load tests an app you provide as a Docker image or a GitHub repository. Each run starts your app on a dedicated server, sends it load from a second server, and produces a report with latency, throughput, errors, resource usage and a server size recommendation.

The servers for a run are deleted when the run ends. Your reports stay in your account until you delete it.

Acceptable use

Only submit apps you own or are authorized to test.

Do not use Stresix to attack or disrupt anyone, to mine cryptocurrency, to send email or spam, to run malware, to get around run limits, or to resell the service without permission.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private.

Accounts that break these rules or harm the service can be suspended or closed.

Credits

A Standard run costs 1 credit and a Massive run costs 3. Credits are sold in packs: Starter is $10 for 5 credits and Pro is $40 for 25. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value.

Credits for a run are set aside when you start it and charged once its servers are ready. If the servers cannot be created, nothing is charged.

If a run fails before it finishes, including when your app never answers, its credits are returned to your account automatically. A run you stop yourself is charged. Credits from promo codes follow the terms of that promotion.

Refunds for purchases are covered by the Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the code, images and data you submit. You allow Stresix to use them only to run your tests and show you the results.

The Stresix name, logo, site and software belong to the operator.

No warranty

Stresix is provided as is. Results are measurements of the app and setup you tested, not a guarantee of how your production system will behave. The service may occasionally be unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Stresix in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent. Unused paid credits can be refunded under the Refund Policy if you ask before deleting.

Changes

These terms may change as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Stresix after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country you live in.
