Terms of Service
Effective date: August 29, 2026
Who you are agreeing with
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Stresix, an individual developer you can reach at [email protected]. Stresix is not a registered company; payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Stresix.
The service
Stresix runs load tests against a target you provide. You give us a Docker image, a repository, or a registry push, choose a load profile, and Stresix provisions infrastructure, applies the load, streams telemetry, and reports percentiles, throughput, and errors.
Test infrastructure is removed when a run ends or is stopped. Telemetry and results stay in your workspace.
Your responsibilities
Only test targets you own or are authorized to test. Using Stresix against services you do not control may be illegal and is a breach of these terms.
Keep your password secure and use a valid email address. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Do not use Stresix to attack, disrupt, or probe third parties, to send malicious payloads, to circumvent the load limits, or to resell the service without permission.
Accounts and acceptable use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that are used for abuse, or that interfere with the service. Suspension keeps your data; termination follows the account deletion rules.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Credits and billing
Standard runs spend one credit ($2) and Massive runs spend three credits ($6). Before checkout opens at launch, credits come from campaign codes; paid credits are purchased through Lemon Squeezy and remain on your account until used, refunded, or your account is deleted. Promo credits are subject to the campaign that issued them.
A run spends its credits when it starts. If a run fails because of a Stresix fault, the spent credits are refunded automatically. See the Refund Policy for purchase refunds.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the targets, scripts, and results you bring to Stresix. You grant us the right to process them to provide the service.
Stresix, its name, logo, and software are owned by the operator. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them except to use the service as intended.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and without warranty of any kind. Results depend on the target you test and the load you choose; they are measurements, not guarantees of production behavior.
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced on this page and continue to apply if you keep using Stresix after the effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, where the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not reduce protections you have under the consumer law of your own country.
